PLA

A classic and reliable material used for most decorative and display pieces. Great for toys, props, and general indoor use. PLA has a smooth matte-to-satin look and comes in a wide range of colors and effects, from solid shades to glitter and shimmer. Not recommended for outdoor use, as it can soften in heat or fade in sunlight.

PLA Silk

A stunning, glossy version of standard PLA that has a metallic shine and catches the light beautifully. Many colors have a rich, reflective or color-shifting finish. Silk filaments are mostly decorative—they look amazing on display but are a bit less strong than standard PLA.

Wood PLA

This filament blends real wood fibers into the plastic, giving prints a natural, wood-like look and texture. It has a soft matte finish with a subtle grain and warm, earthy tones. Best for decorative pieces or designs that could pass for carved wood. Slightly more delicate than basic PLA.

Marble PLA

Designed to mimic stone, this filament has a smooth matte surface with tiny speckles that give it a realistic marble look. It’s perfect for statues, planters, or accent décor that needs a touch of elegance. Slightly more brittle than standard PLA, so best for display pieces.

PETG

A tougher, glossier material that’s resistant to sunlight, water, and temperature changes. It’s great for outdoor pieces or items that need extra durability, like planters, keychains, or functional parts. PETG tends to have a smooth, glassy shine and richer color depth than PLA. PETG and PLA do not adhere to each other and therefore cannot be printed together in the same model.

TPU

A soft, rubbery material that can bend, stretch, and bounce back. It’s perfect for flexible or squishy items like fidget toys, bumpers, or stress relievers. TPU prints have a smooth, satin feel and incredible durability, even when flexed or dropped. TPU does not adhere well to PLA or PETG and cannot typically be printed together in the same model.
